The role

Summary

Ashby is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for their Product Engineering team who thrives in a high-ownership, low-process environment. The ideal candidate will be a versatile engineer capable of driving end-to-end product development, from research and specification to implementation, with a focus on creating innovative solutions for talent acquisition software.

What you'll do

End-to-End Product Development: Own product features from research and specification to implementation and deployment
Technical Design: Create product and technical specifications, including wireframes and detailed implementation plans
Customer Problem Solving: Translate customer needs into innovative software solutions
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with product, design, and other engineering teams
