The role

Summary

Ashby is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Product Engineering team, focusing on building innovative talent acquisition software. The role offers exceptional ownership, minimal process, and the opportunity to drive end-to-end product development with significant technical and product autonomy.

What you'll do

Product Development: Lead end-to-end product development, including research, spec writing, wireframing, and implementation
Technical Innovation: Create powerful abstractions and flexible systems to solve complex customer problems
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-impact features
Technical Architecture: Design and improve core technical components and building blocks of the Ashby platform
